The Cobra Fly-Z Line Brings Technology To The Everyday Player

Cobra has designed the Fly-Z line with players of all abilities in mind. The technologies used are original and innovative and are sure to help you play your best! The biggest technological advancements found in the Fly-Z line are the same found in the Fly-Z+ line, minus the Flipzone weight technology (it’s fixed in the Fly-Z).

The metals woods in this line are available in six different colors: Orange, Red, Blue, Black, White and Green. The green color will be available in March ’15. Let’s take a closer look at the Fly-Z line.

Fly-Z Driver

The Cobra Fly-Z driver is constructed of a 6-4 titanium body with a forged 6-4 titanium face. The face features E9 zone face weighting technology which removes weight from key areas across the face and hosel to increase the size of the sweet spot. This face weighting will give you more distance on off-center shots. The back center of gravity (CG) zone weight launches the ball high and promotes a stable feel at impact resulting in additional forgiveness.

Fly-Z Fairway

The Cobra Fly-Z fairway wood is both long and forgiving from the tee and the turf. When you’re in the address position you’ll be inspired with an abundance of confidence due to the elongated design from heel to toe, creating a shallower clubface. Combine this design feature with the back CG zone and the results are easy-to-hit, high flying shots that land softly. The body of the golf club is constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and the face insert is forged from 465 stainless steel. The combination of the Speed Channel and weighting improvements make this club as hot as any on the market.

Fly-Z Hybrid

The Cobra Fly-Z hybrid follows the design of the fairway woods with a head profile that’s compact and encourages shot making from all types of lies. The Speed Channel Face and the back zone CG make these hybrids super easy to hit, launching the golf ball high in the air. It also come equipped with an adjustable hosel making fine tuning to various launch conditions a breeze and allowing players of all abilities to enjoy this hybrid.
